Hong Kong · B2B handbags and supply-chain software

Handbag supply, end to end.

EXW puts brands and retailers in front of the right manufacturers — and gives both sides the software to run everything in between. Orders, production, shipments, delivery notes and cartons, on one system with one version of the truth.

What EXW is

A sourcing desk and a software company, deliberately.

Most people buying handbags at volume are managing two problems at once: finding a factory they can trust, and keeping track of what that factory is actually doing. We took on both, because solving one without the other never held up.

01 — Sourcing

The right factory, not just any factory

We hold the relationships. Vetted handbag manufacturers across China, Vietnam, India and Cambodia — matched to your construction, materials, MOQ and target cost, then managed through sampling, production and QC by people who have walked those floors.

  • Factory matching and costing
  • Sampling and fit approval
  • Inline and final QC at AQL 2.5
  • Export documentation and freight

02 — Platform

The software that keeps everyone honest

Sourcing usually runs on email threads and spreadsheets that disagree with each other. Ours runs on one system: suppliers update it, you read it, and every order, shipment, delivery note and carton has a single accountable record — with an API when you need the data elsewhere.

  • Order and production management
  • Shipments, delivery notes, cartons
  • REST API and webhooks

How it runs

Five stages, one record.

The same order object carries through every stage. Nothing gets re-keyed into a new spreadsheet, which is where most supply-chain errors are actually born.

  1. 01

    Brief

You send a tech pack, a reference bag, or a sketch and a target landed cost. We come back with feasibility, materials options and an honest price band.

  2. 02

    Match and sample

We put the programme in front of the two or three factories genuinely suited to it, then run counter-samples, fit and materials approval until it is right.

  3. 03

    Produce

PO issued in the platform. The supplier confirms dates and posts milestones. Inline inspections happen while there is still time to fix things.

  4. 04

    Pack and ship

Final QC, carton plan, labels and packing list generated from the same order data. Booking, export documents and delivery notes follow from it.

  5. 05

    Reconcile

Delivered quantities against the PO, carton by carton. Discrepancies surface the day they happen, not at the end of the quarter.

The platform

Everything between the factory floor and your warehouse.

Built for handbag programmes specifically — not a generic PLM bent into shape.

Full module breakdown

Supplier portal

Factories confirm POs, post milestones, upload QC photos and documents, and raise change requests — in their own login, in their own timezone.

Order management

Style, colourway and size matrices, costings, approvals and revisions. One PO record everyone reads from, with a full change history.

Shipment management

Bookings, HAWB and B/L references, ETD and ETA tracking, and per-shipment document packs that stay attached to the orders inside them.

Delivery notes

Generated from actual packed quantities, not from what was ordered. Signed-off receipts reconcile back against the PO automatically.

Cartons and packing

Carton plans, weights and dimensions, barcodes and labels — so what leaves the factory matches what your warehouse expects to scan.

API and integrations

A documented REST API, webhooks for state changes, and CSV/EDI exchange for the ERP and WMS systems you would rather not rewrite.

Tell us what you are building.

Send a tech pack, a target cost, or just a rough idea. We will come back with a realistic route to production — and show you the system you would run it on.
